We typically post our in-person calendar around the 15th of the preceding month. 

So for example, we would post our August calendar around July 15th. 

This is to give people ample time to book private parties, but also enough time to find a session you like, book it, and tell your friends!

Of course – kids come with their parents, grandparents, etc, all the time and they have a blast. 

Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult. If you want more information about our kids’ parties, check out our kid painting page.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund or store credit if you miss your event.

We hope you don’t have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up! 

If you cancel 14+ days in advance, everyone who has purchased a ticket will receive a refund (or store credit if they prefer).  We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can, as there is a chance another party might be interested in your booking date. 

Parties that cancel with less than 14 days notice will receive store credit or the option to re-book their party for another time.

Sure! But we recommend signing up in advance to ensure you have a saved seat. If our class is sold out, we won’t have a seat for you and we’ll feel bad!

Our first concern is for the safety of our guests. When weather is an issue, we’ll consult with some select neighboring businesses and then make a decision as to whether we will open or not. You can also check for weather alert updates on our Facebook page. 

If you’d like to reschedule due to weather, just give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll happily take care of you. If you’re a private party and the weather is an issue, we’ll happily reschedule the party for a different date that works for the whole group. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer last-minute (i.e., same day) refunds due to weather-related circumstances.

Minimum numbers of attendees for our private parties are 8 adults.  For corporate events and fundraisers, we require a minimum of 15 attendees. 

If you prefer to paint and craft in the privacy of your house, we can put together all the supplies and ship them to your door for a fee. 

Pick up is also available at our studio for local customers.  Please note that we do NOT accept responsibilities for any supplies lost or delayed once they leave our warehouse.  

We use many third-party shipping suppliers and they operate fully independently of Canvas n Cup.

Canvas n Cup offers complimentary tea, coffee and water and we have a few selections of snacks for purchase.  

We also offer a variety of local wine and beer selections to patrons ages 21+ with a valid ID. 

For private parties, you are more than welcome to bring in any food or non-alcoholic beverages.

People may develop symptoms from certain chemicals that are present in the latex paint such as: formaldehyde, amines, free monomers, and ammonia.  

Allergy sufferers may also respond adversely to the polymers, pigments, vinyl acetate and acrylic that are found in latex.  In case of an allergic reaction, we recommend that you wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. 

We would also recommend using antihistamines, as they help check and reduce the intensity of the symptoms effectively.

Need to treat your friends and family to an amazing gift?  We have the perfect solution for you. 

A gift certificate can be used for any in studio paint session.  

Please note that we do not accept gift certificates for birthday parties or corporate events.

Canvas n Cup may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Canvas n Cup may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Canvas n Cup, in order to determine what Canvas n Cup services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Canvas n Cup to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information:

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Canvas n Cup. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Canvas n Cup website.

Children Under Thirteen:

Canvas n Cup does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

Canvas n Cup often shares photos and video of students / guests / patrons on social media plateforms such as Facebook, Instagarm and Google.  If you do NOT wish to have your photo or your children's photo displayed any where, you MUST submitt a written request formally.  You may email your request to info@canvasncup.com or mail it to Canvas n Cup, LLC.  189 Main Street, Milford, MA  01757.

E-mail Communications:

From time to time, Canvas n Cup may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

Canvas n Cup reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page.
