Refund Policy

At Canvas n Cup we hope you don’t have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up!  We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can as there is a decent chance another party was interested in your date. If you cancel 14+ days in advance, everyone who has purchased a ticket will receive a refund (or store credit if they prefer).  Parties that cancel with less than 14 days notice will receive store credit or the option to re-book their party for another time.  Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund or store credit if you don't call or show up.
