How long are kid's birthday private parties?

Our in-person kids birthdy party normally runs for about 2 hours. We charge $30 for every extra half an hour you stay at our facility.

What is the smallest group you can host?

The minimum number of attendees for a kids birthday party is 10 participanting guests. For corporate events and fundraisers, we require a minimum of 15 attendees.

Can we bring food and drinks to our party?

Of course! Canvas n Cup is an entertainment venue and we encourage bringing food for yourself and to share with your table (or with the whole class, if you’d like). There will be 1-2 breaks during the class where you can enjoy your food and drink.

Can we purchase food, snacks and alcohol through Canvas n Cup?

We do not sell food or beverages at Canvas n Cup. However, you are more than welcome to bring in any food or non-alcoholic beverages for kids parties. For adult parties, you may bring in your wine and beer to enjoy with your group. Any one drinking alcoholic beverages must be 21+.

We provide each guest with Aprons. However, we strongly recommend you wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Need to treat your friends and family to an amazing gift? We have the perfect solution for you. A gift certificate can be used for any in studio Paint session.

Kids Birthday Party Packages

Package 1 - Canvas Painting Kid's Party

Birthday Party Canvas Package is offered to ages 8 and up. Minimum number of participants is 10.

Canvas birthday party for kids is the most popular option at Canvas n Cup studio in Westborough, MA!

We charge $35 per guest, and this price includes all art supplies including art canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, an instructor which makes the painting process both smooth and easy, and the use of space for two hours. You party will be a private session, so feel free to bring in food, beverages and party favors.

Please note: There is no alcohol served at any time during a kids party.

We charge $30 for every extra half hour your spend in the studio.

Package 2 - T-shirt Tie Dye Kid's Birthday Party

Birthday Party T-Shirt Tie Dye Package is offered to ages 8 and up. Minimum number of participants is 10.

Tie dye parties are popular and fun, no matter how old you are. Kids, in particular, love this option, because they get to create what they love to wear. Each shirt turns out differently and reflects their individual personality. We promise it will be a fun and memorable birthday for your child and her friends.

We charge $42 per guest and this price includes all supplies including a White T-shirt, paint, brushes, aprons, one instructor, and use of space for 2 hours. You may add two scrunchies to your package for $5 extra per guest.

We charge $30 for every extra half hour you spend in the studio.

You are welcome to bring in food and beverages. Please note: There is no alcohol served at any time during a kids party.

Package 3 - Plaster / Clay Kid's Birthday Party

Birthday Party Plaster or Ceramics Package is offered to ages 3 and up. Minimum number of participants is 10.

This package is perfect for guests who are looking for a less structured party. We have a large selection of ceramic pieces perfect for painting and decorating! From small trinkets to large ornaments, your children can choose any item and make it their own.

We charge $35 per guest and this price includes all supplies including 2 plaster pieces, paint, brushes, aprons, one instructor, and use of space for 2 hours. Your party will be a private one, so feel free to bring in food, beverages and party favors. Please note: There is no alcohol served at any time during a kids party.

We charge $30 for every extra half hour you spend in the studio.

Package 4 - Wood Sign Kid's Party

Birthday Party Wood Package is offered to ages 8 and up. Minimum number of participants is 10.

Wood Sign Parties are a great choice for kids who are looking to work with wood. Kids can create a beautiful wood sign for their room or classroom. We have a variety of already prepared stencils in our studio. Customized and personalized stencils are also available (one week notification required).

We charge $35 per guest and this price includes all supplies including a wood project, stencils, paint , brushes, aprons, one instructor, and use of space for 2 hours. You are welcome to bring in food and beverages. Please note: There is no alcohol served at any time during a kids party.

Can we hold a Virtual Paint Party for our child's Birthday?

Still not comfortable bringing your kids coming into the studio? No problem!

Here are the steps for scheduling a Kids Virtual Paint Party with Canvas n Cup:

Pick up your supplies at the Studio or have them shipped
If you are not local, we can ship your supplies via USPS. We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes.
