Hosting a virtual paint party or a virtual paint night with Canvas n Cup is as easy as 1,2,3...

1. Pick a date and time and contact us to schedule your event

2.  Once we have confirmed your date, send us the names and addresses of all the participants 

3. Pick a painting from our gallery 

4. Save the date on your calendar with your personal zoom link or pre-recorded class link

5. Recieve your painting kit in the mail. *Note: We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes, or we can ship the supplies to one location.  We work around your convenience.  

6. Pick out your favorite beverages and snacks for the group

7. Get on Zoom & party!

Please note, If you are not local, we can ship your supplies via UPS. Shipping and handling are typically $12 and up depending on Zip Code and the weight of each packet. 

At Canvas N Cup, we take the experience of a live class to zoom. Our friendly and professional instructors bring the entertainment to your paint and sip party, either live on zoom or through a pre-recorded class link. Whatever is most convenienent to your group!

We take you through all the steps of a painting party while you sip, snack, hang out with your party guests and create a beautiful work of art!

At Canvas n Cup we offer competitive and affordable rates to our clients.  We beat our competitors’ prices and still offer artist grade supplies and materials.  In addition to the cost of the supplies and our instructors, we charge a small fee to ship the supplies to your door via USPS priority shipping.

Our Virtual Party pricing already includes “group” discounts.  The higher the number of participants, the lower the kit / pp price will be.

We only use professional artist-grade supplies in our kits.  Here is the list of our supplies: 

• 12 x 16 Artist Grade Stretched Canvas 
• 8 Tubes of Acrylic Paint (White, Black, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow, Brown) 
• 3 Premium Brushes 
• Disposable Apron 
• Mixing Plate 

You do NOT need an easel to paint and create a masterpiece.  Our Canvases are stretched so they are perfect for being placed on a table or any flat surface.  However, if you do prefer to use an easel, we could easily provide you with one for an additional cost. 

Canvas n Cup events typically run about 90 minutes. If asked, we could finish a painting class in an hour as well. 

Since we work on a very tight schedule, if you are hosting a live event - we ask all the participants to join the zoom at least 10 minutes prior to the start time, so we could honor our clients’ time restrictions. 

Due to confidentiality restrictions, we do ONLY record paint sessions, if we are asked to in advance.  Also, we only share the recording with the event coordinator of the party.
