  • How do I plan a virtual paint night?

    Hosting a virtual paint party with Canvas n Cup is as easy as 1,2,3...


    1. Pick a date and time and contact us to schedule your event

    2.  Once we have confirmed your date, send us the names and addresses of all the participants 

    3. Pick a painting from our gallery 

    4. Save the date on your calendar with your personal zoom link or pre-recorded class link

    5. Recieve your painting kit in the mail. *Note: We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes, or we can ship the supplies to one location.  We work around your convenience.  

    6. Pick out your favorite beverages and snacks for the group

    7. Get on Zoom & party!


    Please note, If you are not local, we can ship your supplies via USPS.

  • How long do the events last?

    Canvas n Cup events typically run about 90 minutes. If asked, we could finish a painting class in an hour as well. 


    Since we work on a very tight schedule, if you are hosting a live event - we ask all the participants to join the zoom at least 10 minutes prior to the start time, so we could honor our clients’ time restrictions.

  • What kind of paint do you use at paint parties?

    We use water-based paints, acrylic paints. This paint is non-toxic and can clean up easily with soap and water.

  • What is a hybrid paint and sip party?

    Hybrid parties are the best of both worlds.  We can host a paint and sip party in person at your location while we stream the class using Zoom to others who are unable to join the party in person. 


    Hybrid paint and sip events are professionally-led painting sessions done online through Zoom where the attendees have drinks while they paint. Wine is the most popular drink of choice, but many of our guests opt for beer or soft drinks.



  • How many participants can you accomodate in a paint party?

    There is no limit on the number of of virtual and hybrid participants.  We have had corporate and team building virtual events in excess of 400 people. However, there is minimun of 12 people.

  • What does the virtual painting sessions include?

    Our virtual paint night sessions include all the art supplies (canvas, 12 paint tubes,3 brushes, mixing plate, dispodable apron) and live step by step instructions.  No need to buy supplies or schedule an instructor, we'll deliver everything to your door.

  • Is there a recording for your events?

    Due to confidentiality restrictions, we do ONLY record paint sessions, if we are asked to in advance.  Also, we only share the recording with the event coordinator of the party.
