Frequently Asked Questions

Hybrid parties are the best of both worlds.  We can host a paint and sip party in person at your location while we stream the class using Zoom to others who are unable to join the party in person. 

Planning a Hybrid paint party with Canvas n Cup is as easy as 1,2,3.  

First, pick a date and time.  We come to your location, bring all the supplies, and teach you step by step, while streaming the instructions via zoom to other participants who are unable to be in the same room.  

All we need is the name and address of all remote the participants and we can ship the supplies to them via USPS. Shipping and handling are typically $12 and up depending on Zip Code and the weight of each packet.

 We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes, or we can ship the supplies to one location.  We work around your convenience 

The number of in-person participants has to do with the capacity of the venue we are holding the party in.  However, there is no limit on remote participants.   

Canvas n Cup events on Zoom run about 90 minutes.  If asked, we could finish a painting in an hour as well. 

Since we work on a very tight schedule, we ask all the participants to join the zoom at least 10 minutes prior to the start time, so we could honor our clients’ time restrictions. 

Due to confidentiality restrictions, we  ONLY record paint sessions, if we are asked to in advance.  Also, we only share the recording with the event coordinator of the party. 

We only use professional artist-grade supplies in our kits.  Here is the list of our supplies:

• 8 Tubes of Acrylic Paint (White, Black, Blue, Green, Red, Yellow, Brown)
