What does a fundraising event look like at your local paint & sip studio?
Many fundraising events are often conducted at restaurants, pubs, or function rooms, which puts the burden of organizing and logistics on the organizer. The format of many of these occasions is the same: fundraising raffles centered around a cash bar.
You'll love having a paint night as a fundraiser for so many reasons! There's no need to stress over the specifics while hosting a painting event. Professional art teachers work hard to keep visitors interested, and our studio has on-site cash bars for food and beverages. You only need to paint, drink, and raise money! You'll have plenty of opportunity to engage in fundraising, network with visitors, and express gratitude to your supporters.
Each visitor at your fundraiser receives everything they require from Canvas n Cup (acrylic paint, stretched canvases, easels, brushes, aprons, cups, sponges and Q-tips). Our teachers will assist you in promoting your online donation form, any available auction goods, and the location where donation checks are being collected during your event.
Where do we hold fundraising events?
There are several location options at Canvas N Cup – the fun is not limited to only our studios! We offer in-person private paint parties or at-home painting with friends. And of course, we will still be offering the Zoom paint parties even after the pandemic.
In-person wine & paint fundraising events are so much fun! We have had the opportunity to host many groups at our Westborough, MA studio over the years. Wine and painting – what could be better?
At Canvas N Cup, we have mastered the art of the paint party and have held many fundraising events of all sizes. We have hosted large events, as large as 250 people in a group and will work with you to accommodate your groups needs.
With our virtual paint nights, you can sip and paint while connecting with those who might not live nearby. Instead of just yet another boring Zoom call, our paint parties make video chat fun!
Another option is to set up a private painting event in a separate location. This is great for those who may not live close to paint studio or already have a location booked for the event. We will provide all the supplies and painting kits including paint, Q-tips, brushes, and stretched canvases. We also will provide step-by step instruction to help you create a masterpiece. You provide the setting and the friends – the rest is on us!
This isn’t your average high school art class! And you can paint on canvas, wood, or ceramics – whatever suits your fancy.
Canvas Painting
Canvas painting is by far our most popular painting medium for painting parties! We have a huge gallery of sample paintings to choose from, including seasonal scenes, animals, flowers, nature, patriotic, and much more. We will your paint party by getting everyone settled and comfortable with the instructor. From there, things really start to flow when the paint and brushes come out. Our step-by-step painting procedures are easy to follow and no experience is necessary.
Wood Sign Painting & Workshops
Wood sign workshops are a popular option to bring your whole team together. You may choose from many already prepared stencils in our studio, or we could prepare customized stencils exclusively for your corporate Paint Event. We need 2 weeks notice to prepare and customize your stencils.
Coaster, Wine Glass & Plaster Painting
If you are looking for a less structured activity, you can choose to paint wine glasses or do plaster projects. We have a large selection of unfinished pieces (Platters, Plates, Mugs, Bowls, Household Items, Wine Glasses and Coasters) perfect for group projects.

Here are the steps for scheduling a Virtual Paint Party with Canvas n Cup:

If you are not local, we can ship your supplies via USPS. Shipping and handling is typically $10-$12 depending on the location. We can ship our paint kits individually to your guests or colleagues across the country to their own homes.
