Our arts and crafts center located in Westborough, MA offers step-by-step acrylic painting lessons, DIY wood sign workshops, ceramics, glass & plaster painting.
From private paint and sip parties, to corporate and team building events, to fundraisers, to date nights, Canvas n Cup has you covered! Our paint and sip private sessions, virtual paint and sip parties, paint at home parties, off-site corporate parties, and open paint studio sessions provide excellent creative outings for all ages and group interests.

Ladies, is your time to unwind. At our local painting studio in Westborough, MA, you can enjoy drinks, snacks, and quality time with friends while creating a masterpiece. Group painting is our specialty.
We'll create a relaxing atmoshere, provide art materials, and offer step-by-step guidance, allowing you to fully embrace and celebrate life with your closest friends!

How do I sign up for an in-person painting party or class?
Simply visit our website on your computer or phone, click on Register button. Choose what masterpiece you want to paint, and sign up! Alternatively, contact info@canvasncup.com for information and availability.
When do you put up your full public calendar?
We typically post our in-person calendar around the 15th of the preceding month.
So for example, we would post our August calendar around July 15th.
This is to give people ample time to book private parties, but also enough time to find a session you like, book it, and tell your friends!
What is your no show policy for events?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund or store credit if you miss your event.
What is your cancellation policy for private parties?
We hope you don’t have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up!
If you cancel 14+ days in advance, everyone who has purchased a ticket will receive a refund (or store credit if they prefer). We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can, as there is a chance another party might be interested in your booking date.
Parties that cancel with less than 14 days notice will receive store credit or the option to re-book their party for another time.
Can I join a class without a prior reservation?
Sure! But we recommend signing up in advance to ensure you have a saved seat. If our class is sold out, we won’t have a seat for you and we’ll feel bad!
What is your bad weather policy?
Our first concern is for the safety of our guests. When weather is an issue, we’ll consult with some select neighboring businesses and then make a decision as to whether we will open or not. You can also check for weather alert updates on our Facebook page.
If you’d like to reschedule due to weather, just give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll happily take care of you. If you’re a private party and the weather is an issue, we’ll happily reschedule the party for a different date that works for the whole group.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer last-minute (i.e., same day) refunds due to weather-related circumstances.
What is the smallest group you can host?
Minimum numbers of attendees for our private parties are 8 adults. For corporate events and fundraisers, we require a minimum of 15 attendees.
Can we purchase food, snacks and alcohol through Canvas n Cup?
We do not sell food or drinks in our venue.
For private parties, you are more than welcome to bring in any food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
What does a painting kit include?
A paint kit includes:
(1) 12x16 Canvas panel
1 set of 3 premium paint prushes
12 tubes of acrylic paint (12 ml tubes)
Reusable mixing plate
Disposable apron.
